About the Designer
Baggio Vittorio started very early in design, working with wood and steel throughout the 50's and 60's. In the 70's he developed new automatic methods for the bending of the steel and created new equipments and lines of production to speed up and improve the production of the factory. The curiosity in finding alternative materials, technical solutions and new inspiration brought him traveling all over the world, meeting and working with extraordinary people. His intrinsic sense of pure beauty aesthetic helps himself towards innovation that leads to a functional, simple and natural design. His concept was founded on the idea that a chair must be nice to see, but also comfortable, because people have to enjoy it two times, looking at it and sitting on it. He was also a convicted supporter that good design together with function and quality will never goes out of style.
