It monitors the temperature, air pressure, and weight during fermentation, as yeast converts sugar into carbon dioxide and alcohol. The data provided by the ALCHEMA machine then determines the fermentation progress for you. This makes home brewing more precise, less messy, and incredibly simple.
Instead of showing you a bunch of confusing raw data, ALCHEMA has a compatible mobile app to display the current alcohol content and sweetness of your mixture, as well ass an estimated number of days before the fermentation is complete. It even notifies you when your batch is ready, so you don't have to worry about leaving it too long. With infinite flavor combinations, you get to make cider that you actually want to drink.
