The Narghile, or hookah, that she designed has won design awards from the Van de Velde in to the Design Observer. Providing a smooth and tasteful vapor is the goal of the Milk Narghile, whether with the tobacco-free mixtures from Airdiem or by flavoring the water with the elegant cocktail of your choice.

Nedda El-Asmar was for a long time the best-kept secret of the French luxury industry until the day Airdiem decided to reveal her name to the press. The same year 2007 she was awarded European designer of the year and the iconic Eternal narghile (hookah) won several design prizes among them Van de Velde award, DME award, and others.
