FAQ
Are they waterproof? If not, what level of moisture can they still be use at?

These products have some water resistance but we recommend keeping them dry and never leave components in a wet headband.

Can they be used outdoors?

Yes, it can be used outdoors. Many of our customers use the SleepPhones product to sleep and also exercise/walk in.

Does it have any auto shutoff feature if no media has been playing through the headband for a certain amount of time?

Our Bluetooth modules do not have an automatic power-off feature. Once the media being played stops for more than 45 seconds, the product will enter a power saving mode. The product will not fully turn off unless the power button is held in manually, the Bluetooth from your device (smart phone, tablet, etc.) is turned off, or the SleepPhones battery dies. If the device's Bluetooth is turned off, the SleepPhones will power off within 5 minutes. To ensure a full charge for each use, we do suggest charging the SleepPhones daily. We also suggest powering the unit off before charging.
When powered off, you will not see a blinking red light on the module.

Can it be used for phone calls?

No, the SleepPhones Wireless does not have microphone capabilities.
