Mike Domesick invented the ABMILL Plank Trainer for one simple reason: after years of looking, he wanted a simple, cost-effective tool to help him in his life-long quest to get better abs. Despite being on the thin side, Mike always had what looked liked a spare tire around his midsection. Over the years, through high school, college, and eventually into the corporate world, Mike tried many different options. Nothing seemed to work, no matter how doggedly he pursued them— that is until he created a product of his own.
