The Megalodon Shark was the biggest predatory shark to ever live. Reaching lengths of 70 feet or more, these monstrous sharks ruled the oceans for more than 10 million years. They were so large, they likely fed on whales! This particular Megalodon Tooth comes from South Carolina and is around 5-10 million years old.

Why is this cheaper than the other one featured?

Size and perfection the most expensive is 5.5 inches where this one is 4.5 inches. Much more common size. All so the enamel ins perfect to the root and no chips on edges. Very big difference for collectors.
