Tenuta Di Biserno Il Pino 2021

The glass releases an intense red color surrounded by brilliant ruby reflections. On the nose, the aromas of red berries and cherries explode together with peppery hints mixed with myrtle from the Mediterranean maquis, and then merge with toasted notes given by the wood. In the mouth, the attack spreads a vibrant and persistent acidity, which brings freshness. All this is enhanced by soft tannins on the palate that give silkiness in an enchanting drink.

Pair with braised or roasted meats and hard cheeses.

Blend: 38% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc, 15% Petit Verdot, 8% Other Red Grapes
