Product Description

Willi Kauhsen knows Porsche. The legendary Race Car Driver was at the wheel when the iconic Pink Pig won the 24 Hours Of Le Mans in 1970. He piloted Porsche to victory time and again and drove as a factory test car driver for the brand. He stepped out of the driver's seat and into the pits to train up and coming competitors. And when he came home at the end of a long day at the track, this little blue beauty was waiting in his garage.

This stunning 1963 Porsche 356C Coupe was lovingly restored by Kauhsen himself, adding one little detail that was an absolute must - the engine was upgraded to 1,980cc, producing a maximum of 100kW (137bhp) to accommodate his insatiable need for speed.

Kauhsen also overhauled the gearbox and front and rear axles. But he didn't stop there. The interior was re-trimmed and equipped for rallying, boasting gray leather sports seats, racing seatbelts, roll bar, trip master, two stopwatches, and a gorgeous MotoLita wood rim steering wheel. And with just 8,601 miles on the odometer, we figure you've got a lot of blacktop ahead of you and this one shot to ride like a legend. Don't miss it.
